Returns & Cancellations

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not entered the production process. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately. Once our printing partner has begun fulfillment, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.

All Sales Are Final on Worn Items
Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, we have a strict no-return and no-exchange policy for any items that have been worn, tried on without underwear, or are not in their original, unworn condition. This policy is final and applies regardless of any defect. Please check your order carefully upon receipt.

Our Quality Guarantee for Unworn Items
We stand behind the print and construction quality. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., a hole in the fabric, broken strap, or a significant print error), we will replace it, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear photos and a description of the defect.

Print-on-Demand & Sizing
As a print-on-demand brand, each item is made specifically for you. We cannot accept returns for changed mind, wrong size selection, or incorrect address provided at checkout.
